Scope
This visit follows on from the talk (available on the website) by Laurence Stant to the Society in November 2021 on Particle Accelerators. The visit was originally planned for the 3rd November 2022 but called off due to a rail strike. Not all the people booked on the earlier visit can make the new date so there are still some places available. The visit is timed during a period of planned maintenance so the accelerator tunnel itself will be accessible.
